Requirements: ✅ HubSpot Revenue Operations certification and/or HubSpot Reporting certification. (Nice to have) ✅ Experience supporting outbound sales operations. ✅ Proficient skills in Excel. ✅ Experience using HubSpot Operations Hub to de-dupe contact and company records. ✅ Experience using HubSpot marketing, reporting, and workflow tools. ✅ Experience managing data flows between platforms, ideally from sales intelligence tools (such as Apollo or ZoomInfo) to HubSpot CRM. ✅ Self-sufficiency: you’ll be accustomed to working remotely and often figuring things out independently. ✅ Attentiveness & dedication: if you don’t double-check your work and test for possible errors, this is not your job. Responsibilities: 🟠 Building & maintaining HubSpot workflows. 🟠 Using HubSpot Operations Hub to de-duplicate and clean up data in contact and company records. 🟠 Analyzing data in Excel for quality assurance. 🟠 Maintaining data integrations between our HubSpot CRM and various sales intelligence platforms, e.g. Apollo, Amplemarket, ZoomInfo. 🟠 Devising sales dashboards and reports to support content acquisition and customer success campaigns. 🟠 Consulting with software engineers on long-term, strategic projects involving Newstex’s data and sales operations practices. 🟠 You are expected to work around 30-40 hours per week.
