Two company retreats a year (in places like the French Alps or Spanish seaside) Pool, ping pong, foosball tables and tournaments An ever-growing number of clubs including climbing, chess, football and boxing Plenty of drinks and snacks in our office kitchen We’re looking for a hard-working and highly motivated Client Success Executive to join our Pay Later Team to help businesses looking to spread the cost of payments setup and manage their account with iwocaPay. iwocaPay is three years old and continuously growing. Joining the business at this exciting time, you will have involvement in and play a crucial role in rolling out new features and identifying opportunities. Responsibilities: - Be the customer champion, driving business growth through adoption of the iwocaPay product - Nurture a portfolio of existing customer relationships to achieve higher health scores - Support returning customers through the renewal process expediently - Actively assist new customers get setup for the first time and give them the understanding on how they can use iwocaPay in the future - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with small businesses, helping them achieve their business goals with iwoca - Proactively guide customers through our process and ensure we exceed their expectations, effectively addressing customer concerns and issues - Liaise with various teams within iwocaPay, such as sales, underwriting and collections to achieve the best outcome for your customers - Identify relevant cross-sell opportunities for your customer so that iwoca can support them in other ways in the future - Drive change throughout the business through structured feedback, ensuring we always provide customers with the best possible experience across all aspects of iwoca
