Act as the subject matter authority on all things Business, specifically Go To Market recruiting. You can act as a guide in what motivates and drives the team to hire the best talent to the these opportunities and can make recommendations to hiring managers & fellow recruiters to drive success. Identify passionate candidates. This is player coach role-you always have at least a couple key business roles you're running to stay close to the work. Responsibilities: - Act as the subject matter authority on all things Business, specifically Go To Market recruiting. - Identify passionate candidates. - Emphasize diversity and inclusivity. - Empower your team to find or build new sources of talent. - Set the pace for and drive your team to successfully juggle a variety of roles at once. - Manage team's work with regard to developing job posts, hiring plans, and rubrics. - Empower your team to iterate on the candidate hiring process. - Cultivate senior relationships with individuals and groups.
