Requirements and responsibilities


We're growing our sales team with a new Account Manager who will drive growth, build strong client relationships, and lead strategic account growth initiatives. This role involves deepening relationships with existing clients, building effective client engagement strategies and some new account prospecting. Key Responsibilities: * Account Development & Relationship Management: Nurture and grow client relationships to support repeat and referral business. * New Account Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients, developing a robust pipeline of new accounts. * Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate records of account activities, performance metrics, and pipeline reports. * Develop Client Knowledge: Maximize client success and product adoption by helping them understand the features and benefits of our training programs. * Collaboration with Marketing & Product Teams: Partner with internal teams to align on client needs, co-develop campaigns, and refine product offerings based on feedback.
