What You'll Be Doing: Priority 1: Prospecting: - Pull targeted prospect lists and enrich with contact data. - Find and verify cell numbers using prospecting tools. - Upload and manage data in Terrakota and Podio. - Document and standardize the full process (SOP creation). - Manage email outreach to top 250 Nashville multifamily buyers/sellers. - Track all touchpoints, meetings, and follow-ups. - Send a minimum of 5 targeted LinkedIn DMs daily. Priority 2: Deal Flow: - Run initial underwriting models in IntelCRE. - Deliver a weekly market research report every Monday at 8 AM. - Compare BOVs with market data using Genspark. - Build a repeatable Listing Gameplan Playbook for each listing. - Manage inbound listing inquiries and outbound deal communication. - Organize off-market deals with structured Google Drive folders. - Ensure NDAs are completed before sharing materials. Priority 3: Marketing: - Draft LinkedIn posts per week based on existing content. - Maintain and execute a structured content calendar. - Manage and execute the MCM Newsletter SOP. - Produce quarterly newsletters. - Upload newsletters and press releases to the website. - Manage podcast backend and LinkedIn Live logistics. - Execute direct mail campaigns when needed. Priority 4: Executive Assistant: - Manage inbox, calendar, and scheduling. - Maintain accurate CRM data in Podio. - Send weekly P&L reports. - Track KPIs daily with precision. - Deliver a daily morning briefing (market news, Nashville CRE, macro trends). What We're Looking For: - Experience in real estate, operations, or high-detail administrative roles. - Extremely detail-oriented, nothing slips through the cracks. - Strong organizational and process-driven mindset. - Ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities simultaneously. - Comfortable working with CRMs, spreadsheets, and structured systems. - Strong written English for communication and reporting. - Proactive, reliable, and consistent in execution. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
