Requirements and responsibilities


We are looking for a Spanish-speaking licensed medical professional, such as a doctor, nurse, chiropractor, or physical therapist, to support a U.S. chiropractic office with patient intake, patient communication, medical documentation, records review, and terminology accuracy. Responsibilities - Talk with patients and complete patient intake. - Gather accurate information about symptoms, injuries, accidents, treatment history, insurance, and appointments. - Review medical records, chiropractic notes, MRI reports, and treatment documents for accuracy. - Identify missing information, documentation errors, or medical terminology issues. - Enter and update patient information in office systems. - Follow up with patients, providers, imaging centers, law firms, and insurance companies. - Assist with records requests, appointment coordination, and case follow-up. - Maintain confidentiality and follow privacy and security requirements. Requirements - Must be a licensed medical professional in your home country, such as a doctor, nurse, chiropractor, or physical therapist. - Must speak English and Spanish fluently. - Must be comfortable talking with patients and gathering detailed information. - Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, symptoms, diagnoses, and treatment documentation. - Strong attention to detail and ability to catch documentation mistakes. - Experience with patient intake, medical records, chiropractic, physical therapy, personal injury, or workers’ compensation is strongly preferred. - Comfortable working remotely with a U.S.-based healthcare office. - Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
