We’re looking for someone to own that responsibility.What You’ll DoEmail & Messaging (Core Responsibility)Write and execute daily, weekly, and campaign-based emailsDevelop compelling, on-brand copy that reflects our voice and missionBuild and deploy campaigns in our ESPManage segmentation, targeting, and personalizationOwn the messaging calendar tied to our biggest moments (special releases, live events, etc)Work closely with our content and production teams to amplify what matters mostLifecycle & Journey ManagementDesign and optimize the journeys that shape how people experience Torch:First impression (welcome/onboarding)Ongoing engagementRe-engagement when people drift awayMake every touchpoint feel intentional, not automatedAnalytics & OptimizationTrack and report on performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, revenue)Run A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, and offersIdentify trends and provide actionable insights to improve performanceHelp define and measure lifecycle KPIs (engagement, retention, LTV)Take Ownership of the AudienceBuild smart segmentation and targeting strategiesMaintain list health and data integrityHelp us better understand who our audience is and what they needWhat We’re Looking For2-4 years of experience in email or lifecycle marketingA strong writer who knows how to hold attention and communicate clearlyExperience with email platforms (bonus points if you have used Iterable)Someone who understands both storytelling and performanceFamiliarity with segmentation, personalization, and automationSomeone who cares about the mission—not just the mechanicsWhat Success Looks LikeOur emails get opened, read, and sharedOur audience feels more connected, informed, and engagedWe are acquiring and retaining more subscribers to TorchWe build a stronger, more resilient direct relationship with our audienceIf you’re just looking to manage campaigns, this probably isn’t the right fit.
