Program Leader at Students For Liberty

We are hiring a program leader to direct The Statement Fellowship, our flagship leadership development program investing deeply in the next generation of high-impact liberty leaders worldwide.This is an ownership role. You'll build the cohort from a pool of 7,000–10,000 applicants, run the full program year, coordinate one-on-one mentorship with senior practitioners, deploy project grants, and deliver an annual summit. You're not managing a template, you're building a program designed to place fellows on credible paths to real influence in their countries and fields.The curriculum is grounded in the Austrian economic tradition, and the program is backed by a dedicated three-year funding commitment with serious expectations around evaluation and measurable outcomes.We're looking for someone with:Deep familiarity with SFL's global network and volunteer ecosystemTrack record of running multi-country programs or fellowships with meaningful budgetsStrong donor and stakeholder management skillsExperience with rigorous program evaluation, including counterfactual methodsAlignment with the Austrian tradition and the free-market policy landscapeThis is a fully remote position with travel for the annual summit and key events.If you thrive on building high-stakes programs from the ground up and developing leaders who will shape the future of liberty, this role is for you.
