Requirements and responsibilities

• Build and improve internal tools to support Rhino’s explosive growth • Craft and architect applications, pipelines, workflows, and tools to help improve internal efficiencies and automation • Use Ruby, JavaScript, SQL and other languages day-to-day • Implement robust reporting and analytics tools to improve business intelligence • Build automations to improve Developer Experience and increase velocity • Design and implement workflows to surface cross-functional data and improve decision making • Provide feedback on features being developed across the company and suggest solutions • Participate in code reviews, standups, and planning sessions, while listening to feedback and commenting on others’ approaches • Collaborate compassionately and empathetically with contributors across the organization
