In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process across G&A and Go-To-Market (GTM) functions, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders. You will act as a strategic advisor, leveraging data-driven insights to improve hiring processes, attract top talent, and meet ambitious growth targets. Key Responsibilities Own and drive full-cycle recruiting for high-priority roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and G&A functions Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates in competitive markets Partner with hiring managers to provide strategic hiring guidance and talent insights Manage and improve recruiting processes using data analytics and recruiting metrics Lead and manage recruitment projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery Analyze hiring data to forecast needs and optimize talent pipelines Manage end-to-end offer process, including negotiation, closing candidates, and offer generation Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 6 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting Strong experience hiring for Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, or G&A roles Proven ability to use data and analytics to improve recruiting outcomes Experience with outbound sourcing and pipeline management Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple roles Experience in offer negotiation and closing candidates Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a Fintech or high-growth tech company Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments Passion for using data-driven decision-making in recruitment
