Responsibilities

We are a small U.S. based bookkeeping firm looking for an experienced, organized, and detail-minded bookkeeper to work with our clients' financial data using QuickBooks Online. On a day-to-day basis, you will go through bank feeds and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy. At month-end, you will close the books, produce financial statements, and deliver a concise summary of variances and unusual items. You will also work on clean-up jobs as they come in. Accuracy, attention to detail, and organization are non-negotiable, as our clients rely on us for their financial information. You will need access to a computer and a fast internet connection, as we will be using Google Meet for communication frequently. We are focused on helping our clients have the most accurate financial information possible. The work schedule will have some flexibility after the initial 90-day trial period. There is an opportunity to grow with the company.
