Requirements and responsibilities
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager with a strong engineering background to join a small, high-impact team building the future of AI integration infrastructure. This is not a typical PM role. You will own core parts of the product end-to-end, work directly with customers, and help define how modern AI products integrate with the world.
Responsibilities:
- Own entire product areas, from concept to launch to iteration.
- Define and execute product strategy across key parts of the platform.
- Lead 0 to 1 product development, including customer research, PRDs, and delivery.
- Work closely with engineering, sales, and customer success.
- Talk directly to customers and translate insights into roadmap decisions.
- Build infrastructure for AI agents and RAG applications.
- Shape the product roadmap and long-term vision.
Technical Context:
- You will work closely with engineering teams using JavaScript / TypeScript, Node.js, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- You do not need to code daily, but you should be highly technical.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of combined product and engineering experience.
- Strong technical background (CS degree preferred).
- Experience building developer tools, APIs, or infrastructure products.
- Proven 0 to 1 ownership, having launched products from scratch.
- Experience with enterprise / B2B products (not purely consumer).
- Worked cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and customer success.
- Strong roadmap ownership and prioritization skills.
- Comfortable working directly with customers.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with AI/ML products or infrastructure.
- Familiarity with RAG, APIs, integrations, or developer platforms.
- Startup experience (Series A+ or similar environment).
