Role Overview As the Operations Manager, you will own and optimize backend operational processes that support high-volume customer workflows. Responsibilities include maintaining data accuracy, building reliable process systems, and identifying opportunities to streamline and automate tasks. This role is ideal for methodical, detail-oriented professionals passionate about order and scalability. Core Responsibilities * Daily Operational Execution (40%): Perform high-volume data entry, validation, and QA with near-zero error rates. Monitor and preserve data integrity across customer accounts. Maintain systematic tracking systems to ensure no task or process falls through the cracks. * Process Documentation & Standardization (25%): Document workflows and create SOPs. Standardize validation procedures and recurring workflows. Maintain internal documentation, reports, and dashboards. * Process Optimization & Analysis (20%): Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks. Analyze recurring issues and propose improvements. Implement small-scale enhancements to increase consistency and reliability. * Scaling & Automation Initiatives (15%): Support system configuration and onboarding processes. Identify repetitive tasks eligible for automation. Collaborate with technical teams on low-code/no-code workflow automation. Requirements * Must-Haves: 5+ years in operations, administrative support, data management, or similar process-driven roles. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills. Comfort with repetitive, systematic work. Process-first mindset. Excellent written communication. Highly reliable and self-motivated. Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, databases, project management, and workflow systems. * Nice-to-Haves: Experience with process automation or technical teams. Familiarity with SQL, APIs, or data management systems. Background in SaaS operations, real estate tech, or homebuilding. Experience with Linear, Jira, Asana, or similar systems. Experience in customer data migration or implementation support. Exposure to support platforms like Intercom, Zendesk, or Front. Tools Proficiency * Required: Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive), data management tools, project management systems (Linear, Asana, Jira, Notion), process documentation tools (Notion, Confluence), workflow/automation tools (Zapier, Make), basic technical tools (CSV editors, data import/export systems). * Nice-to-Haves: Support & ticketing platforms (Intercom, Zendesk, Front), SQL/API familiarity.
