We are expanding our team and seeking five motivated Customer Service Representatives to join a high-volume call center supporting a rapidly growing organization. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are looking for a long-term career path. While this begins as a contract role, there is a strong potential to convert to a permanent position after six months of successful performance. The Role: - In this position, you will serve as a vital point of contact for students and prospective students. - You will report directly to the Director of Call Center and play a key role in ensuring our student body receives the support they need to navigate their educational journey. - Our peak season runs from May through October, so we are looking for dedicated team members ready to hit the ground running for our April start date. Your Impact: - Manage a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and empathy. - Provide clear guidance on complex topics, including financial aid, tuition payments, and billing. - Resolve general account inquiries to ensure a seamless student experience. - Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and perform necessary follow-up tasks. - Contribute to a positive, upbeat team culture even during our busiest seasons. What You Bring: - A High school diploma or GED. - Exceptional communication skills and a customer-first mindset. - The ability to remain calm and efficient in a high-pressure, high-volume setting. - A professional and positive attitude that reflects our institution -s values. - Local residency within the tri-county area (Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade Counties). Work Schedule: - We offer three shift options to provide some flexibility for our team. - 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. - 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. - 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
