Requirements and responsibilities

OVERVIEW: We are seeking a Senior Consultant, Microsoft AI Solutions based in Latin America to drive digital transformation for US enterprise customers. Advanced English (C1) is mandatory to ensure effective communication with clients, as you will lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure services. Job Type: Full–Time / Remote from LATAM ROLE SUMMARY: This role supports both Low-code (Copilot Studio, Power Platform) and Pro-code (Azure AI, Custom Integrations) profiles. You will partner with architects and stakeholders to translate business scenarios into delivery-ready solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Solution Envisioning: Lead workshops and technical deep-dives to translate business use cases into Microsoft AI solution designs. - Delivery & Execution: Configure and build solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services. - Integration: Integrate AI agents with Microsoft 365, Teams, and enterprise workflows while ensuring security and governance. - Client Leadership: Serve as the primary delivery lead, managing stakeholder expectations and communicating status, risks, and milestones. - Continuous Improvement: Create architecture diagrams, runbooks, and reusable assets to standardize delivery excellence. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: - 8+ years of experience in consulting, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation with client-facing responsibilities. - Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio. - Experience designing AI-enabled solutions leveraging Microsoft 365, Teams, and Azure services. - Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) design concepts for AI agents. - Proven ability to present AI concepts to C-Level Executives and non-technical audiences. PREFERRED SKILLS: - Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions. - Experience with Microsoft Foundry and custom integration patterns. - Relevant certifications: Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI.
