Pitch Deck Studios is a global presentation and pitch deck agency working with startups, scaleups, and investors worldwide. Our current client base is largely in the US, with growing activity in the UAE and MENA ecosystem. Role Overview We are looking for a Business Development Manager to support sales and growth activities. This role is execution-focused and hands-on, working closely with the founder and leadership team. You will support lead generation, sales calls, partnerships, and go-to-market materials across the GCC markets. Key Responsibilities - Prospecting and qualifying leads. - Conducting sales calls with potential clients. - Managing follow-ups and CRM updates. - Supporting business development in the GCC market. - Assisting with event and workshop organization. - Supporting local partnerships and ecosystem relationships. - Drafting sales pitches and proposal content. - Supporting landing page copy and sales materials. Requirements - Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships. - Arabic and English proficiency. - Comfortable speaking with founders, operators, and investors. - Organized, reliable, and proactive. - Interest in startups and venture. - Based in or familiar with the UAE ecosystem. What We Offer - Hybrid model - remote + Dubai office with flexible structure. - Direct exposure to founders, startups, and investors. - Hands-on across sales, partnerships, and go-to-market. Salary Monthly pay in the range of 7,000–12,000 AED, plus commission on closed deals.
