Collectively we have close to 3000 employees.DESCRIPTIONWe are actively looking for an Admin Analyst who will be in charge to ensure the efficient management and coordination of housing, services, and administrative support for foreign personnel, providing timely assistance and maintaining compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and local regulations. The role aims to guarantee a smooth and positive experience for expatriate employees while optimizing costs and service quality.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology.Advanced / Fluent English language level.Experience of at least 3 years in similar positions.ACTIVITIESSupervise and ensure the proper management of accommodation (houses and rental apartments) and related services (water, electricity, gas, and internet) for foreign personnel.Coordinate and monitor service delivery to users across different business units, ensuring timely and effective support.Oversee payments and reimbursements related to housing and utility services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.Act as the main contact point for foreign employees, providing guidance and assistance in daily living matters (housing, transport, documentation, etc.).Maintain updated records of accommodation, service providers, and occupancy status.Coordinate maintenance and repairs for company-leased properties, ensuring service quality and cost efficiency.Collaborate with suppliers and landlords to ensure service continuity and compliance with company standards.Prepare regular reports on housing status, service expenses, and improvement opportunitiesADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTSStrong sense of urgency and problem-solving mindset.Positive attitude and customer service orientation.Flexibility to adjust schedules and priorities according to business needs.Ability to lead and motivate a team under changing or demanding situations.
