Responsibilities

We are looking for a Head of Growth & Performance — a hybrid operator who combines: - Performance marketing leadership. - Creative direction for high-converting ads. - Growth strategy + systems building. - Data, measurement & attribution expertise. - Team leadership and scaling experience. This leader will own our full growth engine, scale our paid channels, build a predictable creative testing system, and lead MMH from $10M → $20M → $50M+. WHAT YOU WILL OWN 1. Growth Strategy - Build the roadmap to scale from $10M → $50M. - Own CAC, MER, AOV, repeat purchase KPIs. - Create and lead weekly growth cycles. - Implement clear dashboards, reporting, and forecasting. 2. Paid Performance Full ownership over: - Meta Ads. - TikTok Shop paid + influencer amplification. - Scaling spend profitably and predictably. 3. Creative Performance Engine - Build and manage a high-velocity testing system. - Direct creative concepts, angles, hooks, and iterations. - Work closely with editors & creators to generate winning creative. - Turn creative into a system, not random output. 4. Systems & Process - Build the marketing operating system. - Create frameworks, SOPs, dashboards, and KPIs. - Implement attribution clarity. - Build predictable weekly cadence. 5. Team Leadership - Lead and elevate the marketing team (creatives, paid media). - Hire, train, and manage editors, creators, and media buyers. - Create a culture of speed, excellence, and extreme ownership.
