Job Brief: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist with a background in Chemical Engineering to support business development and sales activities in the chemical industry. The role involves identifying new customers, managing existing accounts, and promoting chemical products and solutions. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply. Job Responsibilities: - Promote and sell chemical products and solutions to industrial and commercial clients. - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned market. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and distributors. - Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical presentations for clients. - Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support when required. - Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and order processing. - Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. - Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. - Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer databases. - Coordinate with internal technical, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (mandatory). - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior sales experience is an advantage. - Strong interest in sales, business development, and customer engagement. - Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly to customers. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn. - Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools. - Willingness to travel locally for client meetings when required.
