• Assist in organizing departmental meetings & various training sessions. • Constant coordination with F&B, Housekeeping, Purchase, and Finance Departments to ensure adequate supplies for all sessions. • Scan & file compliance training attendance sheets. • Prepare training completion certificates for team members after each session. • Invite Trainees and University Supervisors for Certificate Distribution Ceremonies. • Data entry and management of Training Evaluation trackers. • Employee data management. • Organize inventory L&D office supplies. • Assist the Training Manager with LQA tracker management after each audit session. • Assist the Training Manager with preparing PowerPoint Presentations for Departmental Recognition Ceremonies. •
