Marketing Virtual Assistant (Remote – LATAM). At Just Ask AVA, we connect top remote talent with fast-growing U.S.-based businesses. Due to increasing client demand, we are looking for a Marketing Virtual Assistant who is proactive, creative, and highly organized to support day-to-day marketing operations. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment, executing marketing ideas, and being part of a remote team—this role is for you. What You Will Do: - Manage and schedule social media content across platforms. - Design simple graphics and marketing materials (Canva or similar). - Support email marketing campaigns and basic automations. - Conduct market and competitor research. - Update CRM systems and manage contact databases. - Track performance metrics (engagement, leads, etc.). - Assist with content creation and marketing projects. - Provide general administrative support for marketing tasks. What We Are Looking For: - 1+ year of experience in Marketing, Virtual Assistance, or similar roles. - Basic understanding of digital marketing (social media, email marketing, content). - Experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar. - Strong English communication skills (B2+ minimum). - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. - Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple tasks. - Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, marketing tools). - Reliable internet connection and professional work environment.
