We are looking for an IT Product & Project Manager to lead custom software products from Discovery through delivery. The first 3 months focus on product discovery, user needs, MVP definition, and stakeholder alignment, followed by project execution and delivery. Must-haves: - 2+ years of combined Product Management + Software Project Management experience. - End-to-end experience taking digital products from discovery and requirements through delivery. - Strong Agile/Scrum/Kanban experience with hands-on Jira and Confluence. - Experience with product discovery, user requirements, MVP definition, product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning. - Proven ability to manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and delivery KPIs. - Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, working across business, product, design, and engineering teams. - Experience leading workshops, stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Key Differentiator: - They combine product thinking with strong project execution. - They are not just a project coordinator—they can lead Discovery, shape the MVP, align stakeholders, and then drive execution. Nice to have: - Agile/Project Management certification. - Experience with cloud technologies, product analytics, or UX research. - Experience improving Agile processes and team maturity.
