We’re looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer to join Robots & Pencils and help build production-ready digital products where modern full-stack engineering meets AI.This isn’t just about adding AI features to an application. We’re looking for someone who can help architect and build complex systems from the ground up 🚀What you’ll bring:7+ years of software engineering experienceDeep proficiency in React with strong JavaScript and TypeScript skillsStrong back-end development and API architecture experience (e.g., Node.js, Python)Strong experience integrating AI services into production full-stack systems, including LLM APIs, streaming, tool and function calling, multi-step agent flows, and RAG patternsExperience designing scalable and maintainable software solutionsStrong understanding of cloud environments, CI/CD, and modern engineering practicesExperience leading complex technical initiatives and making architectural decisionsStrong technical leadership and mentoring skillsIf you’re a Lead Full Stack Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, making architectural decisions, and building systems that push beyond traditional software development, this could be an interesting challenge 🏅
