Requirements and responsibilities


• Manage A-LIGN's multi-million-dollar ad program across multiple platforms, driving improvements in lead quality and cost-effectiveness • Execute and measure digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels: search, display, social media, and other channels (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn) • Own the full life cycle (strategy, development, deployment, optimization and reporting) of paid search campaigns • Deliver optimizations and business insights through weekly, monthly performance analysis – continually measure and optimize ROAS • Work collaboratively with product marketing and creative teams to write and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and other creative assets • Effectively communicate performance and status to senior management • Work with the SEO team to drive alignment and optimizations across SEO and SEM • Stay up to date with the latest Paid Search and Paid Social trends and strategies • Monitor the competitive landscape within the industry
