Remote - Technical Operations at Flyt

• We work with the largest restaurant groups in the world and we are looking for a Technical Operations team member to support and execute ongoing product development, improvements, and integration projects • You will work closely with software developers, product managers, and project managers to shape and scope integration projects, ensuring they meet client requirements • You will be responsible for onboarding and setup of new clients, as well as end-to-end testing of integrations between partner platforms (e.g. Just Eat, SkipTheDishes etc.) • You will work directly with client personnel to ensure that newly developed integrations are adopted, including coordinating defect fixes, and designing the right support model for Flyt and the client • You will be a point of contact for clients to resolve escalations, as necessary • You will work with your squad's project manager, product manager and software developers to define and set project plans with timelines to ensure successful integration rollouts to our client • You will attend regular project update meetings to keep stakeholders informed, providing status updates on your deliverables and any client issues (and how they are being resolved) • You will execute the roll-out of brands from testing to go-live • You will provide ongoing maintenance to existing client projects; coordinating menu updates, onboarding new restaurant locations, and debugging issues • As part of your role, all Flyt Engineers and Operations staff, will be required to be on-call at least once per quarter. Those on-call are required to be 'available' to receive alerts as and when a pre-defined threshold has been breached. All those who are required to be on-call will be remunerated.
