Position: Operations and Institutional Relations Analyst. Location: Argentina (remote). Reports to: Operations leadership (Brazil). Work Model: Fully remote, collaborating daily across time zones with Brazil-based leadership. About the Role: - 4ON is a payments group operating across thirteen countries in Latin America. - We are looking for someone to serve as our focal point in Argentina, acting as the link between our operation and local banks, providers, partners, and clients. - The company already has established relationships in the country, so this role does not require the candidate to bring an existing network. - This role requires someone who takes ownership and resolves what is needed locally, without waiting for detailed instructions on every task. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the local point of contact with banks, providers, and partners. - Follow up until resolution whenever something needs to be unblocked. - Support and coordinate projects related to obtaining licenses and regulatory registrations in the country. - Monitor regulatory, economic, or market developments in Argentina that may impact the business. - Report developments proactively. - Help maximize the work of the lawyer, accountant, and other local partners. - Ensure the company's requests are prioritized and well handled. - Carry out day-to-day financial reconciliation routines. - Carry out administrative tasks. - Report periodically to leadership in Brazil. - Maintain clear communication despite working across different time zones and countries. Requirements: - Native Spanish speaker. - Minimum of three years of prior experience in administrative or financial routines. - Availability for remote work with autonomy and accountability. Nice to Have: - Prior experience in the payments, fintech, or banking industry. - Intermediate to advanced English and/or Portuguese. - Prior experience working remotely across multiple countries. Behavioral Profile: - We are looking for someone proactive, with a mixed operational and relational profile. - Capable of handling recurring administrative tasks while also representing the company well to third parties.
