🚨 We're Hiring | Sr. SAP Functional Consultant (SAP MII/ME) 🚨We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Functional Consultant (SAP MII/ME) to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing Execution implementation for a global Aerospace & Defense client. This role is ideal for a seasoned consultant with deep expertise in SAP MII/ME, Discrete Manufacturing, and end-to-end manufacturing process design.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesLead global workshops to gather business requirements and create functional blueprints for SAP MII & SAP ME.Design and configure SAP ME processes including: Production routings, Shop floor orders, Data collection, Non-conformance management, Manufacturing execution workflowsPerform As-Is / To-Be analysis for existing SAP MII implementations and support global upgrades.Define functional integration between SAP PP, QM, MM, PM, and shop-floor systems through SAP MII.Ensure compliance with ITAR, EAR, AS9100, serialization, and regulatory manufacturing standards.Lead SIT/UAT planning, validation, user training, and change management initiatives.Collaborate with business stakeholders, plant managers, quality teams, and technical architects to deliver scalable manufacturing solutions.✅ Required Skills15+ years of SAP Functional Consulting experience.Strong expertise in SAP MII (Manufacturing Integration & Intelligence).Strong expertise in SAP ME (Manufacturing Execution).Extensive experience in Discrete Manufacturing environments.Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing solutions.Strong understanding of SAP PP, QM, MM, and PM integration.Experience designing manufacturing execution processes without dependency on SCADA.Excellent functional documentation and Functional Design Document (FDD) creation skills.Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.⭐ Preferred QualificationsExperience in Aerospace & Defense (A&D) manufacturing.Knowledge of ITAR, EAR, AS9100, and product serialization.SAP Certifications are highly preferred.Experience supporting global SAP rollouts and digital manufacturing transformations.📄 Submission RequirementsUpdated ResumeDriver's License💼 Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire📍 Location: Remote (Minimal travel if required)🛂 Visa: US Citizen Only📅 Experience: 15+ Years🎥 Interview Process: 2 Virtual Rounds📩 If you're an experienced SAP MII/ME Functional Consultant with a strong manufacturing background and are looking for your next remote opportunity, we'd love to connect!
