About UsBrightvoid Interactive is an independent game studio. We build our own titles in Unreal Engine 5 and produce high-quality environment sand hard surface content for clients and marketplaces.The RoleWe're looking for a Junior 3D Environment Artist to help build believable, performant environments in Unreal Engine 5. You'll work on modular kits, tileable materials, trim-based assets and set dressing; from blockout to final in-engine polish. This is a role for someone early in their career who already understands why modularity and trim sheets matter, and wants to get very good at applying them at production scale.What You'll DoModel modular environment kits (walls, floors, structural pieces) that snap cleanly to gridBuild and unwrap assets around trimsheets and tileable material setsAuthor materials and textures in Substance Painter / Designer workflowsAssemble and dress environments in Unreal Engine 5Optimize meshes, UVs, LODs and texture budgets for real-time performanceWork from concept art and reference boards while maintaining art direction consistencyTake and apply feedback quickly in daily reviewsRequirementsExperience working with trim sheets and tileable texturesExperience with modular asset construction and grid-based workflowsBlenderSubstance PainterUnreal Engine 5Solid understanding of PBR principles, UV layout and real-time optimizationA portfolio showing environment art.Good English, written and spoken.
