• You will research and understand user needs, behaviour, and challenges, help shaping the product, and find solutions to both business and user requirements. • You will apply user-centred design methodologies to tackle complex product problems. • You will design elegant and pragmatic solutions in a product-driven, B2B environment. • You will execute and support across all phases of design work, including: research, conceptualisation, execution of UX flows, application of visual design systems, prototyping, usability testing, and implementation.
