Requirements and responsibilities

Revenue Cycle Associate II will be expected to maintain levels of quality and productivity exceeding that of the level Revenue Cycle Associate I position, and in addition may handle: • Monitoring electronic submission • Paper claim submission • Denied claim follow-up and management of insurance A/R • Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payors accounts • Achieves pre-established goals related to workflow, work quality, work quantity, transactions, processes and compliance requirements • Verification of new patient insurance eligibility and benefits • Obtaining visit authorization • Payment posting • Answering patient billing questions and concerns • Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the project team
