We’re Hiring | Internship | Recruitment Intern Candidly 🚀Candidly is looking for a Recruitment Intern who wants hands-on exposure to the entire recruitment lifecycle.You’ll be responsible for:Understanding client JDs & hiring requirements.Speaking with and evaluating candidates.Sharing shortlisted profiles with clients.Managing candidates through the interview process.Directly interacting with clients and understanding feedback.This is not a typical sourcing internship — you’ll get to work directly with both candidates and clients and own live mandates.Who are we looking for?Someone with strong communication skills, good judgment, ownership mindset and genuine interest in recruitment.⚠️ This is a day-time internship, so we’re specifically looking for someone who can dedicate meaningful time during the day and is not currently pursuing college/full-time studies.📍 Remote | 2 months (can be extended based on performance and mutual fit).
