# Medical Scribe **EZ MD Solutions** is looking for an experienced **Medical Scribe** to support a U.S.-based Rheumatology practice remotely. This role is focused specifically on **medical scribing and physician support**. Prior medical scribing experience is **essential**. Candidates with a medical degree or clinical background are strongly preferred. **Immediate availability is required.** ## Schedule - **Full-time** - Monday–Thursday: **8:30 AM–5:00 PM CST** - Friday hours: **To be confirmed** - Must be available to work the required U.S. schedule ## Key Responsibilities - Chart patient visits accurately and efficiently in real time. - Document provider-patient encounters in the EHR. - Review and document relevant patient information. - Assist with **lab result review and follow-up**. - Track outstanding laboratory results and ensure appropriate follow-up. - Track and organize **outside physician notes and medical records**. - Provide general administrative and clinical documentation support to the physician. - Maintain accurate and complete patient charts. - Follow physician instructions and ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner. - Handle patient information with confidentiality and professionalism. ## Required Qualifications - **Previous medical scribing experience is essential.** - Strong understanding of medical terminology. - Experience with **EHR/EMR systems**. - Experience with **eClinicalWorks is highly preferred**. - Strong documentation and typing skills. - Excellent attention to detail. - Ability to listen carefully and document information accurately in real time. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - **Immediate availability to start.** ## Preferred Qualifications - Medical degree (MD or equivalent) preferred. - Experience working with a U.S.-based healthcare practice. - Experience in **Rheumatology** is a strong advantage. - **Bilingual English/Spanish** candidates are preferred. ## What We Offer - Fully remote position. - Full-time schedule. - Competitive compensation. - Training and onboarding support. - Opportunity to work directly with a U.S.-based healthcare provider. - Long-term career growth opportunities. **Job Type:** Full-time **Work Location:** Remote **Start Date:** Immediate
