• Create high-quality design work demonstrating strong fundamentals of design including graphics for web and social media, banner ads, infographics, e-books, and videos as needed • Translate strategy from a brief into creative and engaging designs • Apply a variety of style guides into design work with ease • Understand the principles of inbound and content marketing strategy and the role design • Think critically to solve problems and contribute to concept ideation • Demonstrate strong typography, color, and composition skills in all work • Create and modify illustrations and iconography comfortably • Conduct design research to learn new subjects or industry trends • Assist with maintaining the department's design portfolio and ensure all final art files are cataloged and archived • Present and defend the rationale of your designs • Work independently and manage your own schedule • Meet performance targets for effective billing rates, turnaround times, and customer satisfaction • Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
