Requirements and responsibilities


Responsibilities * Respond to guests across Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and direct channels with fast, professional, and empathetic communication. * Manage check-ins, troubleshoot issues (access codes, heating/AC, hot tubs, appliances), and coordinate solutions with internal teams. * Use AI tools and brand templates to deliver clear, luxury-caliber messaging. * Handle escalations with calm, confidence, and excellent judgment. * Communicate with cleaning and maintenance teams to resolve guest needs quickly. * Maintain accurate logs, notes, and workflow tracking inside our systems. * Support occasional guest-experience tasks, reviews, and post-stay follow-ups.
