To date, we’ve connected two million people and 5,000 gyms in over 95 countries.As an Account Executive, you will be tasked with building effective, long-term relationships with customers and closing business that supports Wodify's aggressive growth targets.A Day In The Life:Identify opportunities to generate new business through competitive analysis, events & promotions, and other business development strategiesConduct remote software demonstrations with new prospects - use your knowledge of Wodify’s product suite to accurately uncover the needs of the client, demonstrate the business value of our products and guide prospects and customers in selecting Wodify as the software needed to grow their businessesFollow up with customers after demosUphold the highest standards of personal integrity during the sales processPass highly qualified closed deals to the implementation teamMeet and exceed performance and sales metricsLeverage feedback during the sales process to provide insight to the marketing teamKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Inside Sales experience - 2 years required (SaaS sales to SMB market preferred within a fast paced environment)Experience in the fitness industryFluent with technology - CRM experience preferredKnowledge of sales process from initiation to closeTrack record of hitting and exceeding quotaPersuasive and goal-orientedExcellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to prospect, connect and interact with potential and existing customersSelf-motivated and self-directedEager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territoriesPossesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanorAbility to work independently or as an active member of a teamExperience managing and closing end to end sales cyclesIn-depth understanding of company services and our position in the industryBenefits:$85k-$105k OTE salary, profit sharing bonus program, and equity planMedical, Vision and Dental Insurance plus company-paid disability and life insurance401(k) plan and FSAUnlimited PTOTeam, social and philanthropy eventsGym/wellness reimbursement and commuter benefitsLocation-agnostic (remote, hybrid, and in-office friendly!)About Wodify:We know that you want to be part of an organization where you can build a successful career and make an impact.
