Requirements and responsibilities

We are seeking a Legal Assistant with experience supporting U.S. Personal Injury law firms, particularly with case documentation and litigation support tasks related to discovery. Responsibilities: - Assist with preparation of legal documents used in litigation. - Help organize documents and evidence for Personal Injury cases. - Assist with interrogatories and document requests. - Organize medical records and billing records. - Maintain organized digital case files. - Follow templates and instructions provided by the firm. - Upload and manage files in case management systems (Clio, Filevine, MyCase, etc.). Requirements: - Experience working for a U.S. law firm. - Experience supporting Personal Injury cases. - Familiarity with legal documentation. - Strong written English. - Strong attention to detail.
