Project Estimator – LATAM (Remote): Support U.S. construction teams by preparing detailed cost estimates, performing quantity takeoffs, and developing complete bid packages. Analyze project requirements, produce accurate estimates, and contribute to the preconstruction process with a high level of autonomy. Requirements include 3+ years of experience as an estimator in construction (residential or commercial), experience with HeavyBid & AGTEK, the ability to produce complete estimates and bid packages independently, proficiency with estimating tools and electronic spreadsheets, strong analytical and financial skills, and fluent English (C1/C2).
