Position SummaryAs a Warranty Administrator at Pinnacle Intelligence, you will play a critical role in ensuring warranty claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with manufacturer guidelines. Youll be the bridge between service teams, manufacturers, and customers driving operational excellence and embodying our commitment to Acceleratewith Precision. This role demands a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a passionfor delivering service with Integrity & Respect.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and submit warranty claims to manufacturers and vendors with speed and accuracy, ensuring compliance with all required documentation.Review repair orders and service documentation to validate warranty eligibility and ensure proper coding.Communicate with service advisors and technicians to clarify claim details and resolve discrepancies.Track and follow up on claim approvals, denials, and payments, maintaining organized records and reporting trends.Collaborate with parts and service departments to ensure warranty parts are returned and documented per policy.Stay current with manufacturer warranty policies and updates, ensuring Pinnacles operations remain aligned and agile.Identify process improvements that enhance claim turnaround and reduce rejections demonstrating our drive to Shift into High Gear.Uphold ethical standards in all warranty-related interactions, fostering trust and transparency across teams.Skills & QualificationsBachelors degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or any related relevant course.Proven experience in warranty administration, preferably in automotive retail or BPO support for automotive clients.Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty processes and documentation requirements.Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to Accelerate with Precision under tight deadlines.Proficient in warranty management systems and dealership software (e.g., PICA, DMS platforms).Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative spirit that Steers with Integrity & Respect.Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.High level of accountability and commitment to delivering quality work.Amenability: Willing to work full onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
