We're hiring our first HR / People Ops hire. 👇SynthBay is building the workshop where human intention becomes intelligent action — an AI-native platform where reasoning, creativity, and execution live in one place.We're early, which means this role isn't policy enforcement — it's building the people foundation from scratch, for real humans, not a handbook template.What you'll actually do:Set up hiring processes, interviews, and onboarding from zeroBuild early culture and communication norms for a remote teamHandle contracts, compliance basics, and people operationsWork directly with the founder — real input, not just executionWhat we need from you:Experience in HR, people ops, or recruiting — startup experience a plusComfortable building processes where none exist yetStrong judgment, discretion, and communicationRemote, self-directed, comfortable with early-stage ambiguityWe can't offer Big Tech scale yet.
