We’re hiring a Marketing Specialist at Zephra AI.Running ads is the easy part.The harder part is bringing in the right customers and leads that sales actually wants to work with.A lot of marketing stops at the lead. The enquiry gets counted as a conversion, the numbers look good and then sales qualifies it and sees a very different picture.That gap is real in B2B and other sales-assisted businesses. It’s one of the problems we’re trying to close at Zephra AI.We’re looking for someone with 1–3 years of hands-on experience across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads who thinks beyond clicks and CPL.Experience in SEO/AEO and social media marketing is a plus.
