With over 600 employees and a decade in the market, EXANTE is growing 70% year-on-year and hiring globally day-by-day. EXANTE is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their operations team. The role involves improving operational processes from a client service perspective, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing a strategic vision for enhancing client operational experience. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, at least 5 years of previous experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, strong leadership qualities, and problem-solving abilities.
