Requirements and responsibilities

Resilience Lab is modernizing how clinicians work together to provide mental health care that’s high-quality, personalized, and accessible. Our proprietary platform supports a large and diverse clinical community in the Northeast states and provides our team of therapists with the technologies, methodologies, and training needed to focus on what matters most: improving lives. Resilience Lab is looking for licensed clinicians in Massachusetts to join as Supervisors, changing how therapy is practiced in the state. Responsibilities: - Developing skills as a supervisor or mentor - Increasing income beyond meeting with clients one-on-one - Joining a learning collective committed to improving clinical outcomes - Providing non-clinical infrastructure for therapists - Selecting and hiring therapists to create new teams - Providing clients to fill the caseload for therapists - Acting as an agency serving the needs of newer therapists - Building a brand that clients can trust - Learning community of clinicians - Building the largest group practicing and delivering evidence-based therapy - Learning the skills needed to be the best possible selves - Undergoing peer supervision with other Clinical Directors - Keeping abreast of developments in theory and research - Networking within the health professional community - Supervising the clinicians’ work - Attending weekly Supervisor meetings with Executive Director & Provost - Designing and leading groups - Conducting 101 Workshops - Participating in Fireside Chats - Leading Auxiliary Pods - Facilitating for Partner Clinicians - Contributing as a Resilience Institute Faculty Contributor
