As a Brand Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving business operations forward by partnering with various teams and serving as a liaison between merchandising and inbound teams. The role requires a self-motivated individual with extensive knowledge of fashion, trends, and brands, along with strong research skills and the ability to analyze data. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in a luxury fashion environment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven, team environment. The expected hourly rate for this role is $20.00 - $23.00, and the company offers a total rewards package including a bonus program, incentive pay, and benefits. Responsibilities: - Review all rejections within the inbound pipeline while meeting daily and monthly SLA and save goals - Identify items using fashion and trend knowledge to find covetable items within rejections - Clean and process products for re-addition to the pipeline - Scan products into proper locations and ensure delivery to designated staging areas - Maintain neat, organized, and clearly signed work and staging areas - Research and input designer requests and updates of brand codes in the system - Support Receivers daily by answering questions, participating in team huddles, and lending impactful feedback and guidance - Maintain continuous, open communication with the Receiving Leadership, Training, Merchandising, and Authentication teams - Complete daily/weekly email recaps, monitor team-specific reporting, and identify and proactively communicate opportunities to leadership - Attend and participate in all required scheduled brand and merchandising meetings - Support the Receiving team by processing consignments, saving items, auditing receivers, and participating in assessment creation
