- Fully remote position - Competitive pay and benefits - Opportunity to work with a global HRBP team We are seeking a Senior Business Partner to join our People & Culture department. As a key member of the Global HRBP Team, you will be responsible for executing P&C strategy and aligning business objectives with employee and management in assigned business units. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in multiple HR disciplines and a solid understanding of employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This is a fully remote position with a competitive pay range of $95,000 to $120,000, along with a full range of benefits including medical, financial, unlimited sick time, and 22 days’ vacation annually for full-time workers. Responsibilities: - Provide day-to-day people support to business units to ensure a positive employee experience and promote a people-first culture - Develop an understanding of the business and objectives of the business units to help drive alignment with relevant P&C strategy - Advance employee engagement and diversity and inclusion efforts for the business units - Coach and advise managers and senior leaders on employee relations, performance management, compensation, and compliance - Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with subject matter experts across P&C to develop solutions, programs, and policies - Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations - Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation - Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning - Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs - Multi-task and manage projects in a fast-paced environment - Develop and implement new ideas to address challenges and opportunities
