Are you analytically minded? Interested in starting your career at an advertising agency in a hot new career field? We are seeking an entry-level ads operations person for its agency trading desk. Responsibilities: * Set up campaigns and collaborate with operations, account, media, and development teams, clients, and publishers to ensure campaigns are running properly. * Maintain high-volume campaigns and assist with any technical issues. * Traffic creative and campaign assets to publishers and troubleshoot technical issues, where necessary * Create pixels and provide client direction for placing on the client’s site or in Google Tag Manager. * Prepare reports and data in a presentable fashion for clients, publishers, and internal staff * QA reporting dashboards. * Update publisher specs and make campaign adjustments in our lead management platform and ad server. * Assist with reporting dashboard creation. * Address reporting and billing discrepancies. * Monitor our lead system for errors and address them where needed. Requirements: * One year of experience in digital marketing (at least as an intern). * Ability to learn and understand technical applications * This position requires the ability to follow processes, attention to detail, awareness, and research & problem-solving skills. * Candidates must be data-driven and will be administered job-specific custom Excel testing during the interview process. * Knowledge in one of the following: AdSense, Google Ad Manager, Kevel. ● Candidates must be data-driven and will be administered job-specific custom Excel testing during the interview process. ● Must be able to work in the office twice a week.
