Zscaler is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join the Reliability Engineering and Infrastructure Services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in infrastructure, servers, networks, and experience with SRE, cloud operations, and data center operations. The role involves managing, coordinating, and developing activities related to SRE programs, cross-organization programs, and providing cross-functional coordination and team communications. The candidate should have 5-7 years of technical program management experience in a dynamic and highly technical environment, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and a data-driven approach to program management. A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management or Business is required, and PMP Certification and Scrum Master certification are a plus. Responsibilities: - Manage, coordinate, and develop activities related to SRE programs - Manage large-scale, cross-organization programs, milestones, deliverables, and communication - Create and refine processes, maintain focus on reliability and continual improvements, and automation and scaling - Provide cross-functional coordination and team communications - Provide management level visibility and reporting on program status and risk - Serve as point of contact for project associated status and information - Utilize Operation information systems and update them regularly, effectively use project management tools (spreadsheets, dashboards, etc)
