The role involves crafting professional and engaging communications, managing social media activity, and creating compelling content. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field, along with 2-3 years of experience in B2B social media management. Proficiency in social platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter is required. The role offers a base salary estimated range between $58,000 to $65,000 annually, comprehensive health benefits, 401K with Company Match, and other perks. Responsibilities: - Write, edit, design, and publish compelling wide-ranging communications, including social media posts, press releases, and other related content. - Monitor, engage, and join conversations with social media activity relevant to 1Path. - Respond to reviews daily across all platforms to build brand and reputation. - Create and edit content for consumer-facing communications, including social media, articles, emails, and public relations pitches/projects. - Plan, create, and maintain social media editorial calendar. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop relevant content and respond to social inquiries. - Work with Director on social strategy, public relations, and other communication initiatives. - Support the development of internal communications plans and all content calendars. - Track and report on data/metrics to gain insight on traffic and campaign effectiveness. - Promote and protect the 1Path brand with internal and external audiences. - Other duties as assigned.
