The Role: Senior Feasibility Associate / Feasibility Manager (offered fully remote in the UK, Spain, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, or Slovakia)The Mission: Power pre-award, post-award, and stand-alone feasibility projects to keep us at the cutting edge of biotech and pharma innovation.What You'll DoShape Strategy: Conduct deep-dive feasibility analyses (epidemiology, competitive landscapes, standards of care) to win pre-award RFPs.Decode Protocols: Review global clinical protocols and build data-backed enrolment models.Own the Client Interface: Present your findings directly to Business Development teams and pharma clients.Build Networks: Connect with site networks and patient advocacy groups to drive recruitment success.Innovate: Participate in special projects that maintain our competitive edge as a scientifically driven partner.What You BringEducation: Bachelor’s degree in a Life Sciences discipline (Postgrad degree is a plus!).Experience: Relevant experience in clinical feasibility analysis and site identification.Tech Savvy: Strong data analysis skills and advanced proficiency with data-based platforms, Excel, and PowerPoint.Mindset: An analytical thinker who takes pride in high-quality outputs and thrives in a fast-paced matrix environment.Why Precision for Medicine?We are a scientifically engaged, forward-thinking partner to global biotech and pharma innovators.
