Avancé Consulting Group is seeking a Process Design & Optimization Lead to architect end-to-end future-state operating models for a large-scale Institutional Infrastructure Initiative. We are specifically looking for a professional with a rigorous big-firm consulting pedigree combined with deep buy-side financial services expertise. This role requires an individual who can seamlessly navigate complex institutional frameworks and drive cross-functional alignment. Minimum Qualifications (Non-Negotiable) Consulting Pedigree: Rigorous background with 5+ years at a Big 4 or major management consulting firm (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, EY, PwC) or a premier niche Process Excellence consulting firm. Industry Expertise: 10+ years of process design experience, with a strict requirement for deep experience within Financial Services (with a strong preference for Investment Management / Asset Management). Methodology: Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt (with a proven track record of leading complex, end-to-end black-belt level transformation workstreams). Frameworks: Demonstrated mastery in Business Process Management (BPM), Design Thinking, and workflow engineering in Agile environments.
