Requirements and responsibilities

Required skill: Mandatory - Demand PlanningExperience Required: •3-5 years total experience • Minimum 2+ years hands-on o9 platform experience if not (Blue Yonder/Kinaxis) • only Immediate joiners/currently servingMust have -Implement supply planning configurations on o9, including testing and validation.Explain project work, business use cases, and configurations to stakeholders.Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting using SQL/Python.Support planning hierarchies, master data, allocation/replenishment, and inventory optimization setups.Analyze and resolve issues in data models, integrations, APIs/ETL, and transformations.Participate in requirement discussions, demos, and team collaborations.Required Skills & QualificationsFunctional ExpertiseStrong hands-on Demand planning/ supply planning implementations.Good understanding of demand/supply processes, inventory optimization, planning hierarchies/master data, allocation/replenishment logic, and supply chain best practices.Ability to confidently explain projects and configurations.Technical / Techno-Functional Skills:Strong SQL: complex queries, data validation/reconciliation, analysis/troubleshooting.Good Python: data manipulation, automation scripts, processing/validations.Understanding of o9 data models/datasets, integrations/interfaces, APIs/ETL, data mapping/transformations.Independent issue analysis/resolution.Soft Skills:Strong communication and client interaction skillsGood stakeholder collaborationProactive and quick learner with minimal guidanceConfident in discussions and demosPreferred Qualifications:Experience in end-to-end implementationsExposure to Agile methodologiesSupply chain planning consulting experienceExperience working with global and cross-functional teamsEducation • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Computer Science, or related field
